Mrs. Fernanda, 81 years old and Mr. Benigno, 82 years old, her ex-husband, were married 57 years. A love story that started at the age of 15 and that, in April 2020, the pandemic wanted to put an end to.

Both were infected with covid-19 and although Mrs. Fernanda was most affected by the virus, it was her husband who died. 

The last time they saw each other, they were both at Pedro Hispano Hospital, in Matosinhos, Portugal. Due to all the controversies of the virus, the desire for a kiss on the both part was not possible, having the Mr. Benigno request that they could touch each other through the finger tips. They would be far from thinking that that touch with the fingers would be the last goodbye. 

After that day, Mrs. Fernanda would never come to see her husband again.
